You can certainly hambunk in the Nubé or Stratos with a Solo and a Pares! You can even bunk with 2 Pares hammocks if you really need.
But the reason we recommend the xPlor above your Pares is because the shorter length of the xPlor Hammock insures there's a comfortable amount of space between the two hammocks.
The hambunks work best when the top hammock is shorter than the bottom hammock, the top hammock acts as a ridgeline for the bottom hammock. When you hang two Pares Hammocks, the space between the two hammocks will be very limited since they are both the same length. It is doable as long as the top Pares is placed higher on the suspension than the bottom Pares. Hanging a Pares Hammock on the bottom and Solo Hammock up top (instead of the xPlor hammock) can be done comfortably, should the person up top want a longer hammock.
This allows for a comfortable space between the two hammocks ...
