Yes! We will exchange an item that is new or opened (no signs of use) within 30 days of receipt (aka you tried it out and want something different, not you hiked with it for 30 days and now you want to try something different :)).
Our 2 year manufacturer guarantee covers all manufacturer defects, so if you see an issue please let us know and we’ll take care of it immediately!
If you need an exchange, please contact our customer service team to be provided an RAF as well as the return address.

What if my Sierra Madre gear needs to be repaired?
If your gear is under warranty and has a manufacturer defect we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you! If you’re unsure your gear is under warranty or unsure about the defect, just contact customer service and we’ll get you taken care of!
Non Warranty Repairs
What if I accidentally damage my Sierra Madre gear?
If you have purchased our lifetime protection plan, we’ll repair or replace your gear at no cost to you for your lifetime! If you do not have our lifetime protection plan, we’ll repair your Sierra Madre gear at cost!
