Facebook Group: The Nubist Colony (Sierra Madre)
Watch this video to get started!

1st Objective:

Welcome new members every week (as the Sierra Madre). Before letting people in, screenshot members that meet one of the requirements:

  1. Have more than 500 friends and three pieces of Sierra Madre gear or more.
  2. Or, have over 1,000 friends + Sierra Madre Gear. Capture a Screenshot of each and place them in the "customer-avatar" slack channel. If they have more than 1,000 friends, write "GUIDE?" in the Slack post.

Once you complete the above market research, approve all requests to join the group, and create a welcome post - here's how you make a welcome post:

Copy: Welcome Wildlings!
Looking forward to seeing your adventures!

2nd Objective: Provide support to any members asking a question related to gear.

3rd Objective: When a customer shares a trip with our gear, take a screenshot of the post (include their name, text, and images), post the link in the "usergeneratedcontent" slack channel, and save the content in our Google Drive folder. Be sure to keep the file in the following format: FULL NAME_GEAR USED_NUBIST COLONY.

Monitoring Posts:

  • If anyone publishes self-promoting or other company promotional posts, remove the content.
  • Treat questions in the Nubist Colony like a ticket, be sure to follow up with each query publicly. If the conversation needs a more detailed description, provide our customer service email address and ask them to contact us there to take care of them.
  • If anyone is rude, ugly, or uses profanity towards another person, please contact Jed to handle the situation.
