Purpose: To sell off to the highest bidder our 2nd's, returns, prototypes to our Gear Shop Facebook group - without losing money.

 

Step 1: Log into the Gear Shop Auction Complete Form, note the customer address, weight of the entire box. 

Step 2: Log into the USPS Click & Ship website and create an Auction Box label. (Be sure to note the Auction Number as the Reference Number).

Step 3: Log into PayPal and create the invoice for the customer. Including the total bid amount and shipping amount. Send to Customer. 

Step 4: Check PayPal daily to make sure invoice is paid, go to the Gear Shop Auction Complete Form, check the "Invoice Paid" box, Send Label to Gear Shop Slack Channel, Input Tracking Information into the Gear Shop Auction Complete Form. 

Step 5Review Feedback. Create a support ticket with Support if needed.

 

Group Management: Admit new people into the Facebook Group.
