There are specific reasons why an order won't show up in Rakuten as stated below:
- Invalid Shipping Method = It should have a valid shipping nomenclature.
- Invalid Shipping Address = The Address 1 field in Shopify order shouldn't be blank. Zip Code should also be five digits. If it only shows four, then add a prefix of 0 to the code.
- Product HS Code = Please refer to the SKU/UPC Management System sheet > Master List of Single Products (LIVE) tab > HS Tariff Code column.
- Recipient Email
- Recipient Phone #
