Step 1: Pickup Gear Shop gear from CISS on an as-needed basis. CISS will notify you via Slack (Repair & Return Channel) 

Step 2: Match up and create an auction box with complimentary items (2-5 items); create a short video going over the items in the Auction box. 

Step 3: Post Video in Gear Shop Facebook Group. Roughly following the format below. Twenty-four hours later, end the auction by closing comments and creating a separate post declaring the auction's winner. In the winner post, tag the winner, link the Gear Shop form and DM the Gear Shop form. 

Step 4: Monitor your Gear Shop inventory; if there is an item that may be a good add on item for several of your auctions, add it to the Auction Complete Form section "Would you like to add on any items to your shipment?" (Example, you have 10 Puffle products in inventory, give the winners a chance to add one of these at a great price (20% off retail), this will help increase your average order value.) To add one of these items, write out the title and the amount. 

Step 5: Once the customer has completed the form, calculate the "Total Box Weight" and place it in Column O. Then leave a comment and tag the above "Support" agent that is helping with the Gear Shop Process, be sure to assign to that person so that they receive a notification. 

Step 6: Ship the customer's package out once the label is provided from "Support". Check the check box as Shipped under the "Shipped Column." 

Group Management: Monitor post comments to help bid customers with any questions about the auction.
