In all our support channels, look for opportunities to offer items that are related to the order that can be helpful to the customer.

To get credit, get the direct link to the product from the website and add in your personal code.

EXAMPLE If you'd like to offer the Winter Top Shield as an example the this should be the format:

(ProductURL)/?ref=(personalcode)

All commissions will be forwarded to your preferred payment account.

 

To track the quality of these offers, everything will be done thru Zendesk. Create a new ticket as shown below:

In the Request field, search/add in the customer's email address and assign it to you under the Assignee field.

Once set, the Subject field should reflect this: Winter Top Shield Promo! Use the macro "Winter Top Shield (Upsell)" and start sending offers. :)
