In the Request field, search/add in the customer's email address and assign it to you under the Assignee field.
Tags should be set to the ones shown below:
Once set, the Subject field should reflect this: Winter Top Shield Promo! Use the macro "Winter Top Shield (Upsell)" and start sending offers. :)
