If you see an order number that has a suffix after the numbers like the one below, then you'd need to go to the original order which is #22969 to successfully process it.

If the customer has already returned the item/s then the RESTOCK ITEM checkbox should be UNCHECKED as shown below:

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT refund shipping except if it's the company's fault like the reasons listed below:

  • Delayed shipping
  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Out of stock

If a return falls under any of the reasons stated above, and it's an international order, then the customer can just ship it and we'll process a reimbursement for it.
