If an order is stuck in Unfulfilled status for more than three days, then there's something wrong. These orders will not show up in Rakuten if you search for them. Things to look out for:
Copy the SKUs of all items in the order (one by one) and go to SmartFill and search for those SKUs under ITEM DEFINITIONS. If an HS Code is missing, you need to edit and add it as shown in this article: HS Code Update.
