  • If an order is stuck in Unfulfilled status for more than three days, then there's something wrong. These orders will not show up in Rakuten if you search for them. Things to look out for:

    • Copy the SKUs of all items in the order (one by one) and go to SmartFill and search for those SKUs under ITEM DEFINITIONS. If an HS Code is missing, you need to edit and add it as shown in this article: HS Code Update.
    • These should be a valid shipping option. For the shipping nomenclature guide, please check the article: Shipping Nomenclature. If there's none, then a new order must be created by either the DUPLICATE option or a manual order creation. Archive the old order once you've created a new one.
